These characters are so well written that you can’t help but experience their love, loss, joy and pain right along with them. This is a Sports Romance about two childhood sweethearts who are given a second chance at love. All grown up the two main characters realize that their connection never waned despite the time and distance but being grown up means grown up problems. These two have undeniable chemistry and the spice is off the chart!! I look forward to the next book by Kaylee Losey!

Hard hitter combines the perfect amount of heat with a great storyline. The characters are amazing - the group of friends you wish you were a part of and the long lost love coming back into your life. I can't wait to see what comes next for all of them.

The portions that I enjoyed most during this story were the flashbacks along with Quinn and Rae's discussions about their past. They didn't stray far from the current time, they were necessary, there was amazing build-up to certain points and I was so incredibly happy to see that insight. It brought them and their love to life.

I can also relate to this particular story so much in my own life currently, this was the perfect read! Not to mention these took place at a time when my significant other and I were the same ages as the main characters. It is always incredibly wonderful to be able to find pieces of yourself through the lenses of others.

First off- this book is addictive! Depending on your reading pace, I recommend setting aside 2-4 days because this book will devour your attention.

Hard Hitter is a sizzling hot romance about two lovers who were best friends during childhood, and while a series of circumstances separated them over time, fate brought them back together. Quinn & Raelyn’s is a passionate love that we all yearn for and it’s obvious their fire isn’t burning out any time soon. You’ll laugh out loud, swoon, and maybe want to throw the book across the room at some point- but I mean that in the best way possible. You’ll be feeling all the feels.

I highly recommend putting this at the very top of your TBR list, and get ready for what else this new author has coming!

This book is like nothing I’ve ever read before! The attention to detail makes it seem like you’ve lived this story, or something like it. I laughed, I cried, I felt stressed for the characters. The writing of Kaylee Losey really draws you in! You will be done with it in days and waiting for the next!

Crowd Pleaser is just that - pleasing. I love this book. Jett was the awesome friend in 'Hard Hitter' and I was thrilled to see he would have his own book.

Zoey and Jett are everything as a couple - spicy hot, caring and so funny. They have amazing friends all around to make things interesting too. I also love all of the beautiful descriptions of landmarks around Michigan ♥️.

While 'Hard Hitter' is before this book, it can definitely be read as a standalone. I do recommend reading 'Hard Hitter' first, as it does help with some of the events that are mentioned in the book. All in all, I really enjoyed this book ♥️

“I love you, Future Mrs. Miller”

This couple stole my heart and I cannot resist this magnetism between them. This book can be read as a stand-alone book (this one is the second one) and it is perfect because it could be hurt to wait until the end of Zoey and Jett’s story. Jett is perfect, seriously, he is from Greek legends, and he is from a little girl's dreams about knights and princesses. I enjoyed their relationship and liked to follow their story, and how they interacted with each other. There are no super unexpected plot twists here, I like it because I can just enjoy the relationships of the main characters and the atmosphere, this is a great book to just have a good day and relax. Also, I liked the author’s language and how the author described their body contact, it was really good. I like that the setting for this story is snowy Michigan! Perfect place to find pretty love and make all wishes true.

Crowd Pleaser by Kaylee Losey, is a contemporary romance set against the backdrop of Christmas in snowy Michigan. It is what I would call a romantic dramedy. Sprinkled between the sweet and serious moments are scenes with dialogue that made me laugh out loud. It follows Jett, a bar owner and all around nice guy from Michigan, and Zoey who is the PR manager for Jett’s best friend. The two met during the events of Losey's previous book, Hard Hitter, which are referenced in Crowd Pleaser, but I had no problem reading this one as a stand alone.

Overall I really enjoyed watching Jett and Zoey’s relationship blossom on the page. The plot isn’t incredibly deep, it’s simply a sweet and spicy romance set around the holidays. I still truly enjoyed every moment of the story, and appreciated the character’s sarcasm and sense of humor. The author’s writing made for a truly entertaining read.

There wasn’t a single character in this book I didn’t like. Jett is pretty much the golden retriever of men wrapped up in a sexy package. Zoey is kind and yet can turn on the sauciness when needed, which I loved about her character. Together they spend a lot of time creating sizzling spicy scenes for the reader to enjoy, and their chemistry is undeniable.

The supporting characters were also interesting and I liked the variety of personalities Zoey and Jett interacted with. It probably helped that many of these characters were making their second appearance in a book, but the author does a beautiful job introducing them to new readers who are maybe coming into this one without having read Hard Hitter.
